The location is calm, we like that the hotel is not so big. Staff was very helpful. Wellness area is perfect - we enjoyed it everyday (swimming, saunas, relax on sunbeds with the view of mountains...). Our room facing Elfer lift was very calm and spaceful. There is a skibus stop in front of the hotel - even if only goes once in the morning, it was very pleasant surprise (as we expected to walk about 200m to the main road). Breakfast was rich for perfect start of the skiing day. We enjoyed most of meals.
Salad buffet was rather poor (as we can compare with another hotels in this category).

Front desk staff did not attend to complaints. Some dinning room furniture & carpets old and need replacement. Room basin broken. Plates serving dinner have stains on them.

As a budget traveller, the location of the hotel was perfect, in a valley surrounded by majestic mountains. It was easy to get to the ski bus, and the hotel was right next to the Cable Car. the Elferbahn ski lift was just across the street from the hotel. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with some having large balconies with great views. the staff was friendly and provided swift and efficient service. the breakfast was satisfactory, and there were amenities like an indoor pool and small garden.
Some rooms faced each other with a roof terrace between them, which could lead to privacy issues.

The hotel is located near to the gletscher, you only have to drive +- 20 minutes. You get a free bathrobe for the swimmingpool and sauna Notice: there is a 5 course menu: salad bar, starter, soup, main course, dessert
The service lacked, the staff hardly spoke English, the staff couldn’t handle stress and got very rude when there were more people having dinner in the weekend, the food was bad for a 4* hotel, breakfast was limited (compared to other hotels) and when things ran out, it took them ages to refill, the hotel is old for a 4* hotel, and not old in a nice way, ...

The scenery was breathtaking and the food was delicious, especially the fish dishes. The location was perfect and the swimming pool and wellness center were a great way to spend a rainy afternoon.
Our basic room was quite tired and in need of renovation, with peeling wallpaper and stained furniture. The smoke from people smoking outside the lounge area would often enter the room and made it difficult to breathe.

I loved staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and they made my stay comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, and I really enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna areas. It's located just off the village center, and the transportation is excellent. I liked that it was directly opposite the Elferbahn ski lift, which made it easy to get around. The breakfast was wonderful, and I enjoyed the fresh fruit salad every morning.
All good.

Spent xmas at this hotel and enjoyed the traditional decorations and festive atmosphere. the spa area was a real treat after days spent skiing. the location of the hotel is perfect, only a short walk to the ski lift and with stunning mountain views. We appreciated the convenience of the shuttle bus to nearby towns, making it easy to explore the area.
The lack of vegetarian options on the menu was disappointing, and even when we spoke to staff about this, they did not seem to understand. the room was smaller than expected, and the lack of storage space made it difficult to keep everything organized.
